Add-On to Your Home Inspection
Bundle mold testing with your home inspection for a complete picture of the property’s condition.
There are over 400,000 types of mold, and while only a few dozen are toxic, exposure to many types can still lead to health problems; if left unchecked, mold can also cause structural damage to your house. Our certified inspectors identify hidden moisture problems and air quality issues so you can protect both your health and your home.

Need mold testing on its own—no home inspection required? We offer it as a separate, standalone service any time you have concerns about mold.
Want to know what’s in the air you breathe? We also offer IAQ testing independently, apart from mold testing or a home inspection.
Our inspectors collect air and surface samples from areas prone to mold growth—basements, bathrooms, attics, crawlspaces, and anywhere moisture intrusion may have occurred—and send them to an accredited third-party lab for analysis. You’ll receive a clear report detailing the types and levels of mold present, along with guidance on next steps.
IAQ testing identifies airborne pollutants and contaminants that can affect your health and comfort, including allergens, VOCs, carbon monoxide, radon, and other irritants. Samples are analyzed by an accredited lab, and you’ll receive a detailed report on what’s present and at what levels.
Pricing: Fees listed for Mold and IAQ testing are base fees and will vary depending on the number of samples collected.
